Another of my occasional hobbies is writing music. I compose using recorded samples, using a Technics KN1200 keyboard, and Roland JV1080 linked up to my PC. The software I use with this ranges from Cool Edit Pro for sound editing and effects, to Magic Musicmaker for arrangements. I also make occasional use of Creative Wave Lab and have been known to tamper with Cubasis and Cakewalk. My music tends to revolve around images that inspire me at the time and as it is only an occasional hobby, is not something I do regularly. I have recently completed an album of tracks called Solestra. I have some thoughts towards producing this as a collection for purchase from this site using Paypal. In the meantime, to give you an idea of the type of music I write, linked below are a couple of pieces which you can download.
